Today’s the 2nd day since we got our exam papers back. The day started really dark, rainy and wet. Everyone seemed to be in a better mood than they are yesterday.

After going thru ESL, which also ended with a few dissapointment, we have maths, where we discussed our test paper.

At biology, we were screamed at twice by some indian lady in the next class who can’t stand our noise. It turns out we were standing outside the biomedic lab for 15 minutes for completely nothing when the lab assistant announced that Mrs Kalpana is on MC today.

On our last lesson, chemistry, we were getting back our second paper. It turn out pretty well for some while for others, it was dreadful. Tears fell and many were in a state of disbelieve.

Another reminder to the G13s, find your mistakes and I don’t mean the mistakes in the paper. Get over your laziness, and get over this failure and try hard for the finals.

Dark, gloomy

October 3rd, 2005 by g13taylors

Whatever laughter and happiness we had during our last 2 days holiday soon disolved into gloominess and tears today, when we got our results back. It started with Physics, many whom had did quite badly. There were tears, and loads of sadness but some managed to get a few extra points out of intensive checking of the paper.

Next is maths, and a lot had improved. Many congracts to Jane who had manage to get an A for maths.

Then came biology. Mrs Kalpana started the lesson expressing her dissapoinment on our dreadful marks for such an easy paper. But her lectures were nothing compare to the shock we’ve got upon receiving our papers. True, the paper was quite easy, but, mistakes and misspelled words knock our marks many way down. We have a total of 3 whom had scored A’s, many congracts to Ching Mei, David, and Tzu nin.

Last, came the result we all had been dreading, Chemistry. The exam initially was quite easy, as report by many, but unfortunately, the results were pretty dissapointing. However so, it is only our first paper today and we shall receive our next 2 papers the following day, which hopefully we would be able to increase our marks.

Lastly, there is no use crying over spilled milks. Those who studied well and scored, congractulations, but those whom did not, you just have to work harder on it. You know it yourself, did you study hard enough? No more last minute revisions, no more relaxing, start working hard. We have a month before our finals come, and this will determine us most. Most importantly, don’t give up. If you give up now, in the future, it’ll be " I’m not a doctor today because I didn’t do well in my 2005 trial exam". Nothing is impossible if you’re willing to work on it.

Our cooking party.

September 30th, 2005 by g13taylors

Today, 2 days after our trial, still in da mood for partying. We had a party at Bee Ling’s house just now after watching a movie called the Skeleton’s key at Sunway Pyramid.

Most unfortunate Jane can’t come because I bet there’s a lot we missed without her. Her spontaneosity, her honesty, just her.

We had brownies from Ching Mei, scones from Vco and Ching Mei, Spaggheti with 3 sauce from Suvia and Mui hao, Meat chunks from James, Omellette from James, cocktail of peach and lychee syrup with sprite from Mui hao, Mash Potato from Beeling, Joanne, and Vco. We’re glad Bee ling’s parent enjoyed our meal. We then had a long chat with Bee ling’s mom, whom is a very pleasant and nice aunty.

Then we all proceed to Bee Ling’s room, and had a confession time under low lights. Everyone was suppose to confessed to what they fell bout each other. Most were reluctant in the beginning, fearing it might spoil our friendship. However, it still went on and everyone told what they felt, and this gives ppl a better understanding of whats on each other mind.

fortunately, it turn out pretty well. Though it wet a few eyes, but thank lord it’s not tears of anger. After today, We all had a better understanding of each other, and whatever happened tonight had tightened our friendship bond. It is lucky that everyone accept what was being said bout them.

We ended our night with stories we can’t explain of earth, of time, of bermuda triangle, of religion, of space, of evolution. It was a good healthy discussion, though it was a little disturbing.

thats all for today. It’s been a great day and I’m glad it happened. G13, love ya *muak *muak (Chermayn yee, 2005)

A final day of trial

September 28th, 2005 by g13taylors

What a day! It’s the last paper of trial. Biology, and Accounts for the accounts student. Everyone just feels like screaming at the top of their lungs when the passing up paper time had been announce. Can’t wait for it to be over, the stress, the late night studying, the waking up at dawn(before, to be precise) and the extreme cold condition in the hall.

Anyway, biology, it was suppose to be easy. A lot of mistakes and all. Ok, not talking bout it.

We had a suprise mini party for Ailing today. She look so thrilled. hehehe, hopefully she’s really happy.

Then, there is Sunway, where we watch jodie foster flight plan. It’s a really nice show, suspense and all. We were gripping our seats so tightly throughout the show. The ending was so unpredictable.

Anyway, today we’re suppose to celebrate Ailing’s birthday at Sunway, and so we did. We even got her a present, a really nice necklace. We really hope you like it, Ailing. It’s from all of us from the bottom of our happy hearts.

There it is, our day after trials.

Happy Burfday Ailing!

Cheers cheers. Today’s our Ailing’s birthday. However, we are still having our exam so we can’t do much for her. But we’re planning to celebrate tomorrow.

Anyway, it’s our 2nd last paper, the chemistry paper today. Many said it was easy. I hope everyone scores well for this.

Tomorrow will be our last paper, last day of trial. We’ll be ending at 11.30 while the accounts will be ending at 2.30. So sad. But what the heck, it’s the last day!!!! We have to celebrate while our results are not out yet.

Happy Birthday Ailing! Wishing you milleniums of joys and happiness. You’re 18, legal age for cyber cafes, condom shops, porn movies and many many more fantastic things in life. You can even have sex now if you want. hahaha. Happy 18 birthday, Ailing, from all of us.

Cheers

aaaiii… physics

September 26th, 2005 by g13taylors

Today is our second day of trial, physics and ESL. ESL don’t seem so bad except that the Australian guys in da speakers mumbles more than he talks. The essays are pretty easy since it’s something we do in bio. Most unfortunate to the account students.

Anyway, physics. How could Mr. John say it’s easy? So much for da high hopes of scoring well.

Everyone is pretty stressed up today. God. They look more like zombies now compare to the cheerful laughing crazy bunch of insane stock just a few weeks ago. hahaha.

Everyone. Goodluck, cheers and don’t stress yourself out. We’re gonna party after this.

Our first blog, G13.. read!

Today is Sunday. A day after our maths trial,a day before our Physics. This trial, will be something to determine what is in the future of G13’s people. Yesterday was a gloomy day. Everyone had to wake up at 5 and be at college by 6.30 to have our 3 hour long maths paper. Everyone had been stressing out on this exam for a long long long time. After this exam, hopefully if everything goes right, we’ll be at bill’s having a cooking party. This Tuesday will be our class darling, Ailing’s birthday. May you excel in your exams and may all your wishes come true. And may you be able to get into melbourne u. U r half way there already. Don’t giv up.

Anyway, to all G13s, goodluck and all da best for your exams. Study hard but don’t stress yourself out. This is one obstacle in your life and whether you fall or not, life goes on and you all have many chances of succeeding in da future. Don’t be afraid of falling down. Your life has only begun, there are many chances of standing up and start anew if you give yourself a chance to do it. This is why, never give up. Falling down only gives you scars and bruises and these are only reminders that you need to improve yourself. It may hurt at first, but the pain will go. You can’t fall and sit there brooding bout it forever. Therefore, do your best this time and leave no regrets.

In conclusion, all the best and love ya all *muak *muak(chermayn, 2005)
